The brain is the main organ in our body; it plays an important role in the body. Therefore, general people want to improve their brain to make everything easier. Here is some information to suggest, first, sleeping will affect brain's improvement. the moderate sleeping is between 8 to 9 hours, more than 9 will reduce memory, neither less than 8 hours. Second, aerobic exercise especially jugging. It can improve circulation of blood inside brain to make people clear-head also improve memory. Third, do a lot of exercise to make brain thinking. For example, you can read book or do some math question to make brain thinking. Four, moderate drink coffee. The researchers said the caffeine could improve people's memory, make people's brain more clear, but not to drink too much. Five, eating is quiet important too, for instance, the food like fish, egg, corn, milk, rice, photo, broccoli. These food are good for improve brain.
